Our Collection

These wines come from the estate's own vineyards around Appenheim, Gau-Algesheim and Bingen. As a sophisticated entry into the appellation pyramid, they represent the vintage and the grape variety with all its facets. They are the foundation of our quality philosophy.

The local wines represent the terroir of their community. They come from high-quality, characterful and traditional vineyards within the respective local parcels.

Special soil types, low yields and perfect ripeness are the basic prerequisites for these wines with high standards and individual character of origin.

With a lot of passion and uncompromising work in the vineyard, we harvest the grapes for our Premier Crus from classified first sites.

Here, Rieslings and Pinot Noirs ripen with a complex taste, an expressive character of origin and a special storage potential. They unite the power and expression of each vintage with all its unmistakable characteristics.

At the top of our range are our Grand Cru wines.

They come from our best vineyards, some of which have been recorded in centuries-old maps and documents and all of which consistently produce exceptional grapes. The unique character of the vineyard, the special nature of the soil and our best possible craftsmanship are unmistakably reflected in them.

The term "Réserve" stands for the long ageing of premium wines in small wooden barrels. Inspired by outstanding French growths, we give these wines a particularly long time to reach their full potential.

It is this combination of demanding grape varieties, harvested from selected plots and their long maturation in the best French oak barrels that makes these wines special.
